David was a man after God’s own heart. How did King David of Israel know what God’s heart was like?

1 Samuel 13:14 God spoke to King Saul after displeasing the Lord.

But now your kingdom will not continue: the LORD has sought him out as a man after his own heart, and the LORD has commanded him to be captain of his people, because you have not kept what the LORD has commanded you.

The first man our Lord God created out of dust only pleased him for a short period of time. The bliss that Adam knew with the heavenly Father was short-lived and turned into great fear after the fall from the highest consideration that a man has ever had.

And God said: Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over everything. thing that crawls on the ground.

27 And God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

28 And God blessed them, and said to them: Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it; Let the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky and every living creature that lives rule. it moves on the earth.

29 And God said: Behold, I have given you every herb that bears seed, which is on the face of the whole earth, and every tree in which is the fruit of a tree that bears seed; for you it will be for meat.

30And to every animal on earth, to every bird in the sky and to every animal that crawls on the earth where there is life, I have given all green grass for food; and it was like that.

31 And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

10 And he said: I heard your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid.

11And he said, Who taught you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree from which I commanded you not to eat?

12And the man answered, The woman whom you gave me as a companion gave me from the tree, and I did eat.

13And Jehovah God said to the woman, What is this that you have done? And the woman said: The serpent deceived me, and I ate.

14And Jehovah God said to the serpent: Because you have done this, you will be cursed among all the beasts and among all the animals of the field; you will walk on your belly, and you will eat dust all the days of your life.

15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; He will hit you on the head, and you will hit him on the heel.

16 To the woman he said: I will greatly multiply your pain and your conception; in pain you will give birth to children; and your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.

17And to Adam he said: Because you listened to the voice of your wife, and ate of the tree from which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it; cursed is the land because of you; with pain you will eat of it all the days of your life;

18 Thorns and thistles it will produce for you; and you will eat the grass of the field;

19 By the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground; because from him you were taken; because dust you are, and to dust you will return.

20 And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all the living.

21 Also Adam and his wife made coats of skins, and clothed them.

22And the Lord God said, Behold, man has become like one of us, in knowing good and evil; and now, lest he reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life, and eat and live forever.

23Therefore the LORD God sent him out of the Garden of Eden to till the land from which he was taken.

24So he drove the man out; and he put to the east of the Garden of Eden cherubs, and a flaming sword that turned in every way, to guard the way of the tree of life.

How is it possible that you and I enjoy such a privilege as hearing a good done or a thank you from the judge of all earth and heaven? Peter, James and John received a clue about the Mount of Transfiguration. They were told to listen to Jesus, which also meant obeying him.

Matthew 17

1And after six days, Jesus took Peter, James, and his brother John, and led them apart to a high mountain,

2Y was transfigured before them; and his face shone like the sun, and his clothes white like light.

3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with him.

4 Then Peter answered and said to Jesus: Lord, it is good for us to be here; if you want, let’s make three tabernacles here; one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.

5 While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud covered them; and behold a voice from the cloud saying: This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear him.

6 And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were terrified.

To know him is to love him and, therefore, to obey all his commands as you would a powerful general in the armed forces of your country. Because He is greater than any man who ever lived or will live. The Son of God cannot be compared to anyone or anything. It really outshines and excels in everything and above everything.

Do you feel that it is useless to even try to be in a position of honor where His Majesty looks at you with pleasure in His eyes? Does it seem like an impossible dream that the Lord of Glory, the Great I Am, speaks a word of praise to you? How would you feel knowing that that smile, that laugh that you just glimpsed and heard in your spirit is from Papi Dios only for your heart?

Pleasing our Almighty God is not the monumental task (emphasis on the mind) that you might expect. Because you see, He is always ready, willing and even eager to express His Love of all loves to you. He has already given us His most precious person Jesus Christ and will send Him back into the world to take back the earth forever.

To please the One who loves us the most implies that we believe how absolutely true the Bible is when it says John 3:16 (King James Version).

Doing what is right in His eyes and like David immediately repenting and restoring when you don’t move in the direction He has chosen for you. I am writing this article because it is His choice for me. I struggled for a long time with the harsh reasoning that there are already too many voices calling man to repentance.

Flowers bloom where they are planted among many other plants and so must you and I be what He has decided, where He has chosen for us.

That pleases the Great God Jehovah, our Lord God Almighty and Savior of mankind.

Wonder no more how you can please him. JUST DO IT!

Passionately and fully committed to His will to love His Son, loving all those who need His love in word, action and truth.

This is my commandment: that you love one another as I have loved you.

9As the Father loved me, I also have loved you; persevere in my love.

10If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love; just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.

11I have told you these things so that my joy may remain in you and your joy may be complete.

12This is my commandment: that you love one another as I have loved you.

Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.

14You are my friends, if you do what I command you.
