This Christmas is going to be a little better than the last. Last year the economy was worse and now things seem to be slowly picking up. The pay raise freeze is gone in most jobs and now we have a little more money to buy gifts.
That is why I wanted to do everything possible at Christmas and give my mom something really special. She has always worked with arts and crafts for as long as I can remember. And last week, he mentioned seeing a product called Cricut on television.
I did some research and found out that it is a cutting machine that can be independent of a computer. Interestingly, after looking it up on the computer, that night I saw the commercial for the first time.
It actually looks a lot like a computer printer because of the shape. However, the Cricut has more controls and functions than a normal printer.
This product seems to be a good option for my mom and the like who have an interest or hobby with arts and crafts. The machine cuts paper, vinyl, and some other materials by following a few steps. From what I’ve seen, it also etches the glass, which is actually very clean.
The only thing I’m considering right now is whether or not I give it to my mom early. She usually does some kind of Christmas decoration and this device would be perfect for that. On the other hand, waiting might make it worthwhile.
