Brennan Huff is a 39-year-old unemployed man who lives with his mother. Dale Doback is an unemployed 40-year-old who lives with his father. But what happens when mom and dad decide to get married? Macaroni and Cheese Recipe:

Ingredients:

7 ounces macaroni

1/4 cup butter

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups of milk

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup dry breadcrumbs

2 butter spoons

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni pasta and cook 8-10 minutes or until al dente; to drain. In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the flour. Cook for about 1 minute, until soft and bubbly; stirring occasionally. Mix together the milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard. Continue cooking until sauce thickens.

Add the cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese. Form into a 2-quart casserole. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, butter, and parsley; spread over macaroni and cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and hot.

Cooking time: 40 minutes. – Servings: 6.
