Probably two of the best RTS-based PC games on the market. They can also tell you a backstory about World of Warcraft, one of the best multiplayer real-time strategy games on the market. Hours and hours of fun can be found with the Warcraft series.
Far away
Farcry is based on a tropical paradise seething with hidden evil, a cunningly detailed action shooter that pushes the limits of combat to shocking new levels. Far Cry runs on developer Crytek Studios’ own CryENGINE, featuring unpredictable enemies using group tactics to make it difficult for the main character to work.
Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War
Visit a dark, distant and gothic future and take command in real time of powerful armies to fight intense tactical battles in the name of freedom or justice. After Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior, this is the second game based on the franchise that THQ publishes. Like all Warhammer 40,000 games, Dawn of War takes place in the futuristic fantasy universe of Game Workshop’s tabletop war game, which first became popular in the late 1980s.

So which computer video games are the best? You decide, if you love first person shooters, FEAR is a good option. For an action adventure game, Tomb Raider Underworld is a good choice. For RTS-based games, Warcraft 2 and Warcraft 3 are good choices. Need for Speed Prostreet would be the choice if you like racing. Neverwinter Nights 2 would be a good choice for a pure RPG experience. There is no deciding winner, they are excellent computer video games, if you haven’t played them I suggest you give them a try.
