5 Reasons Voters Are Often Wrong!

The late and brilliant Sy Syms, renowned Canadian journalist and founder of the clothing chain, who bears his last name, proudly used the catchphrase: An educated consumer is our best customer. This meant that the more any potential buyer knew and understood, the better their shopping experience could be and maximizing potential for the most value. Wouldn’t it make sense, for American voters, to pay at least as much attention to their responsibility and duty, to elect the best people, to serve and represent their needs and those of the nation and their real priorities? With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review, and discuss, 5 of the top reasons many voters seem wrong!

1. Falsely blames and / or creates false accusations (often out of context): We often witness, not only rival candidates, but also the media, showing and using videos and / or audio clips / segments, often out of context! When listening to someone’s statement, without seeing it in its entirety, and / or understanding what it was, in response to, the tendency to misinterpret expands – significantly! For example, several networks have used, and competing candidates, they repeated, a statement by Mike Bloomberg, referring to the red line, where the limited video clip made it appear that he supported this illegal practice. However, looking at the full statement / response, the former mayor referred to how many predatory agencies responded and how that response was a major factor in deepening the recession around 2007-2008. His over-the-top response, in terms of a practice many police departments use, known as Stop and Frisk, not to mention that the practice may have been well intentioned, to address the city’s murder rate, and how it dropped from nearly 700 less than half, largely due to this practice. He was also accused of using inappropriate language, on some occasions, but, like almost all offices, thirty years and more ago, they did the same. Whoever has no sin, cast the first stone.

two. Falsely agree: Too often we hear bytes of sound, rather than full answers, and many candidates, in their quest for popularity, often falsely agree with what others seem to be looking for, not to mention potential weaknesses and / or ramifications! !

3. You do not know and / or do not understand the details: How can voters make an informed decision, in their own interest, unless / until they know and / or understand the details and the relevant needs, priorities and realities?

Four. Rhetoric / promises, versus solutions: Rather than voting, often relying on empty rhetoric and / or promises, wouldn’t it be better if we made our decisions and selections, based on who provided viable and quality solutions, which they might have the best chance of doing? a difference, for the better!

5. False facts: In recent years, we have witnessed a trend towards false facts. President Trump calls out anything you disagree with and / or disagree with, such as fake news etc! At the same time, fact-checkers claim, this president has lied, or made mistakes, at a record rate!

Wake up America and focus on getting it right, especially when it comes to voting, and who we vote for! Will you become a better vote?
