Futuristic Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan Designs

Ceiling fan designs come in many varieties. Unlike the usual generic-looking desk and pedestal fans, they would have met the same fate if they hadn’t stepped out of their “limiting” comfort zones. The absence of this generic cover, which has become their limiting factor, has given them the freedom to explore and expand design margins across their blades. A small room can be outfitted with an equally small ceiling fan with shorter blades that could also be smaller. A massive living room might call for a grand five-star pattern with a little flair in its design and a dash of color.

And just as modernization would, brands like Minka, Hampton Bay, and Fantasia have crafted uneven-blade architecture into brushed-nickel ceiling fans. Their edge in contemporary design has allowed them to delight their customers with blades that look like bubbles and a panoramic solar system effect with the blades moving like planets. Fantasia’s Splash design is simply adorable. It looks very modern and cool, literally and metaphorically speaking. The Cirque de Minka Aire model exudes the futuristic effect with round silver blades that look like scale models of the galaxy when not in use. The integrated halogen light provides not only functional light, but also additional design points.

The desire for something with a twist is constantly evolving in consumers who have a particular predilection for design. A traditional style of ceiling fan would only satisfy the function element. Although this is indeed its main purpose, most people have gone exploring and always want their belongings to look good, stylish and unique. And if uniqueness can be taken to the extreme, many people may have things in their house that cannot be found in any other abode.

A brushed nickel ceiling fan with pure matte silver hues would fit well in a home with an industrial or warehouse theme. Such a rough looking bachelor pad plus home furnishings in the aforementioned design would complement each other superbly. Other designs with leaves of different colors can be placed in living rooms or bedrooms, justifying such designs. Brushed nickel just has that futuristic touch due to its color and brush painting effect. So with something that scores well and covers both form and function, as well as being affordable and a source of fresh air without consuming too much electricity, the only thing missing might be another buyer.
