Should I submit the questions I plan to ask my interviewee before the actual conversation?

When it comes to sending the questions to the interviewee before the actual interview, you can. But, I don’t do it much. I guess that’s not a bad idea. I have done it sometimes. If you’re interviewing a true professional who is a true expert at what he does, you won’t need to see the questions. He is confident enough and has done enough and has internalized the experience from him. You won’t have to.

And this is one of the reasons why you want to look for high-quality people to interview. You want to go after people who are already doing interviews. You then get a chance to listen to one of their interviews and see how they sound. You can also copy the questions you hear in the interview. This will give you a great understanding of your interview guest.

If you find someone who wants you to send them the questions, most of the time they may look at it, but they may not study it. Someone who doesn’t have the confidence can study them and really wants to make sure there aren’t any tricky questions in there. I don’t do it a lot. I do not think that it’s necessary. If they ask you, you have nothing to lose by doing so. Doing this will force you to prepare even more for your interview. Preparation is what makes a good interview. The more you prepare, the better your questions will be. And the better your questions, the better your interview will be. And the better your interview is, the more value you will give to your listeners.
