For all of you who can’t run a normal raid and aren’t sure what to spend Warforged Seals on, here’s a list of what your top priorities should be. Take a look at your equipment and see which parts need to be replaced.
-Head: The level helmet is left in Thok the Bloody, in The Underhold. Run The Underhold in LFR until you are ready to run it in flex.
-Necklace: Watch the flex drops or use a Timeless Isle Charge of Eternity until you get a flex drop.
-Shoulders: Level shoulders are released from Paragons of the Klaxxi, in Downfall. Run Downfall in LFR to get the shoulders and then run it in flex when you have the gear and the party to do it.
-Chest: The tier chest piece is the most accessible for you, as it falls from the Sha of Pride, in the Valley of Eternal Pain, therefore you should probably go for the flexible version of this piece first and try the LFR Version as an alternative.
-Bracers – Watch the flex falls or use a Timeless Isle Charge of Eternity until you get a flex fall.
-Gloves: level gloves are left from the Celestials on the Timeless Isle.
-Belt: the best belts, outside of Ordos, can be made by a blacksmith, a furrier or a tailor. So try negotiating a price with someone who has these professions or check the Auction House if you don’t know of any.
-Pants: Level pants are dropped from the Celestials on the Timeless Isle.
-Boots: Look for the flexible falls or use a Burden of Eternity from the Timeless Isle.
-Rings: Check out the bendable drops or wear a Timeless Island Eternity Charm.
-Trinkets: Flexible drops are great, but if you need a decent trinket, you can buy one for 50,000 Timeless Coins on the Timeless Island.
-Weapons: Flexible weapons are the main weapons that you can obtain outside of normal raids. However, LFR weapons can be good temporary substitutes, and if you’re really desperate, you can buy a weapon on the Timeless Isle for Timeless Coins. They cost 10,000 coins for one hand and 20,000 for one of two.
-Shields: Like weapons, the priority is flex, then LFR, and finally one is available for 10,000 Timeless Coins.
This list does not include the Ordos drops, so if you have the Legendary Cloak, you can find better pieces for your helmet, necklace, shoulder, chest, bracelets, and belt. There are also good pants that fall from Ordos, but I would still recommend the Celestials pants instead.
