There are many manufacturers of exercise tubes, each with different qualities, features, and prices. One company that has produced a decent set of resistance tubes is Golds Gym. Yes, the same company that offers gym memberships around the world and where Arnold Schwarzenegger and hundreds of other Hollywood celebrities have trained.
Golds Gym offers a full line of fitness and exercise equipment, and one of the products it has produced is exercise tubes.
Golds Gym Exercise Resistance Bands are the perfect addition for anyone looking for a convenient and portable home gym.
These are some of the main benefits of these Golds Gym Exercise Bands:

* You can attach more than one to the handle
* You can do about 140 gym-like exercises

Golds Gym exercise resistance bands have three different resistance levels. Here’s the breakdown:
* Red is a medium resistance level
* Blue is a difficult level
* Black is the hardest resistor available.
Each measures 48 inches long. I’m not quite sure what the comparable resistance is. In other words, does the red one have 5 or 10 pounds of resistance? Golds doesn’t really mention it specifically on their product box.
A nice bonus is that you can attach all three Golds exercise bands to a handle, similar to a dumbbell, that way you can have extra resistance when you need it.
If you have a hard time performing pull-ups or pull-ups, you can increase your strength by using resistance bands.
You can do pull downs with exercise bands. They are much easier to do when you are just starting out. Most women and some men don’t need a pull-up bar at first. This is where exercise bands become an invaluable tool. You can continue to strengthen your back muscles until you can begin to perform pull-ups or chin-ups.

The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t mention where you can buy extra bands and how many you can fit on the handle, but for most people starting out with this basic pack of three bands it’s enough to get you started. form.
