  • a cup of frozen sliced ​​carrots,
  • eight ounces of sliced ​​mushrooms,
  • a cup of frozen beans,
  • half a cup of chopped onion,
  • two tablespoons of butter or margarine,
  • a tablespoon of water,
  • a quarter cup of all-purpose flour,
  • two and a half cups of milk,
  • a quarter cup of Parmesan cheese,
  • a beaten egg white,
  • salt and pepper.

Cook the frozen beans and carrots in a saucepan until completely thawed, drain well and set aside. Melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

When melted add mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are golden. Remove the melted mushrooms with a slotted spoon and place in a large bowl.

Put another tablespoon of butter in the pan, once melted add two tablespoons of water. Now, add the onion and sauté until tender. In a small bowl, stir the milk and flour until the mixture is smooth.
